The Caribbean is an archipelago with more than 700 hundred islands, each and every one of them has different culinary traditions and culture.
My name is Cesar E. Noble-Medina, and I’m from Puerto Rico, the island located in the exact middle of that cultural melting pot, and I am a passionate cook.The Caribbean has a lot to offer and, in this blog, you will read more about it.Most of my common interest are history, music, world culture, the food and beverage industry, among other things you will be finding out later. From 2009 – 2015 I went to the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus and got a bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies. After that I started a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management and recently graduated in June 2018. Since 2015 I have been working in the food and beverage industry and networking with the best chefs, bartenders and sommeliers in the island.
In October 2018 I moved to San Sebastian/ Donosti in the Basque Country region of Spain, to start my master’s degree in Culinary Innovation and Restaurant Development.
